z444 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform in Pakistan

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to z444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the z444 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all games, betting markets, and services available through them (collectively, "the Platform"). z444 is operated by the entity registered as the platform operator and licensed under applicable jurisdiction.

By creating a z444 account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use z444. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and z444 and supersede any prior representations or informal communications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to z444 and its services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You may only open an account and use z444 if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. z444 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of z444 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or game suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from z444 or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using borrowed funds or funds that belong to another person to play on z444.

z444 may request verification of your age, identity, or residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any wins accrued on an ineligible account may be voided at z444's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on z444. Multiple registrations by the same individual, household, or shared IP address are prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. z444 may request additional documentation at any time to verify this information.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z444 login credentials. You must not share your password, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances. Any activity occurring on your account while you are logged in is considered your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your z444 account, you must contact our support team immediately at support@z444.online. z444 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain password security.

Account Verification (KYC)

z444 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required. Before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, z444 may require submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent identification document. KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

z444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in PKR. z444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on z444 is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. z444 may impose additional deposit limits on accounts where responsible gaming concerns have been identified, or where anti-money laundering obligations require it.

Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your z444 balance within 30 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically instant. z444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Deposit Restrictions

Deposits made by a third party on your behalf are not permitted. z444 may reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if there is reason to believe the funds originated from a third party. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name.

5. Withdrawals

Verified z444 accounts may request withdrawal of any positive balance at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method is unavailable, in which case z444 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 2 minutes for accounts that have completed basic identity verification. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours, subject to banking system availability. Visa/Mastercard refunds may take 3–5 working days depending on your card issuer.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on z444 is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no fee charged by z444 on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawal Verification

z444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure. Requests for KYC documents do not indicate any wrongdoing on your part. Providing accurate documentation promptly ensures your withdrawal is not delayed unnecessarily.

Reversal of Withdrawals

Before a withdrawal has been fully processed, you may cancel it and return the funds to your z444 balance. Once processing is complete and funds have been dispatched to your payment method, the transaction cannot be reversed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

z444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your z444 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a wagering requirement of 20× on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 20,000 in qualifying games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Bonus Abuse

z444 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using irregular betting patterns to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting both sides of a market), using automated software to place bets, and collusion with other players.

If z444 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the affected bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided, and the account may be permanently closed without appeal.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on z444 have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that are not used before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. z444 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

7. Gaming Rules

All casino games available on z444 – including slots, Teen Patti, crash games, jackpot slots, virtual sports, and any other titles – are governed by these Terms and by the individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, z444's decision on the outcome is final.

Random Number Generation

All z444 games use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is certified by independent testing laboratories. The RNG produces statistically independent outcomes on every game event. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are the verified figures from the game developer's certification.

Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, the affected game round will be voided and any stake placed in that round will be returned to your z444 balance. z444 does not pay out winnings that arise from a demonstrable game error. If you believe you have experienced a game error, contact support immediately with the time, game title, and details of the incident.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game on z444 has its own minimum and maximum stake displayed in the game interface. General platform minimums start from Rs 200 per spin or round. Maximum stake limits exist to ensure responsible gaming and may be reduced for accounts where concerns have been raised.

8. Sports Betting Terms

z444 offers sports betting on real sporting events including PSL matches, international cricket, and football, as well as virtual sports events. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is settled.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as determined by the governing body. Where no official result is available, z444 may use results from widely recognised third-party data providers. Virtual sports bets are settled immediately on conclusion of the virtual event.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided – and your stake returned – in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event does not reach the required completion threshold stated in the market rules; a pricing error is identified and corrected before settlement; or the event is determined to have been subject to match manipulation.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings on z444 are capped at Rs 20,00,000 per settled event. For accumulator bets, maximum winnings are capped at Rs 50,00,000 regardless of the total calculated potential return. z444 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet accepted on any market at its sole discretion.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on z444 are suspended periodically during key match events such as goals, wickets, or timeouts. Bets submitted during a suspension will be queued and may be accepted or rejected at z444's discretion based on prevailing odds at the point the suspension is lifted.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z444 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account to exploit welcome bonuses or any other promotion.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering by depositing funds obtained through illegal activity and withdrawing them through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or z444 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting a software bug or pricing error knowingly without reporting it to z444 support.
• Providing false information during registration or account verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your z444 account by a person under 18 years of age.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your geographic location or circumvent z444's access restrictions.
• Any activity that z444 reasonably determines constitutes fraud, cheating, or a material breach of these Terms.

10. Responsible Gaming Obligations

z444 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We offer a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard at all times.

Available Tools

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps; session loss limits; reality check reminders; and cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period.

Self-Exclusion

If you choose to self-exclude from z444, you must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. Any account opened during a self-exclusion period will be closed, and winnings accrued on it will be voided.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the z444 Platform – including but not limited to the z444 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, text content, software code, and any other material – is the intellectual property of z444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any z444 content without express written permission. Any unauthorised use of z444's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

z444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and functional at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z444 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform – including losses arising from game malfunctions, technical faults, payment delays, or temporary platform unavailability.

z444's total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits z444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Account Termination

You may close your z444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks. Pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

z444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice if it determines that these Terms have been violated, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if continued operation of the account would put z444, other players, or third parties at risk. In cases of fraud or serious Terms violations, z444 may retain account balances pending investigation or legal proceedings.

15. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience on z444, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing support@z444.online. Please provide your username, the date and time of the issue, the game or market in question, and a clear description of your complaint.

z444 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within 5 working days. Complex disputes may take longer. You will be kept informed of progress throughout the process.

All disputes relating to game outcomes where the game round has completed normally will be considered in light of the applicable game rules and the independently certified RNG data. z444's decision on game outcome disputes is final and binding.

16. Amendments to These Terms

z444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes – those that significantly affect your rights or obligations – will be communicated to active players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before coming into effect.

Non-material changes such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to contact information may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of z444 after any updated Terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your account before the change takes effect and receive a return of your available balance.
